While juices are separated into their individual components during concentrate production and subsequently recombined, the fruits in a pure juice are bottled without any major detours. As a result, taste regulation options are limited in the production of pure juice, yet it is juice in its most authentic form, retaining a large number of valuable ingredients in addition to its natural structure.
The ingredients list on the outer packaging clearly states whether the product is a pure juice or a juice from concentrate, because concentrates must be labelled as such there. We produce all our fruit juices without concentrates - you can find out more about this here.
Additionally, pure juices must not contain any added sugar. While delicious honey has always been added to Rotbäckchen Original, all other Rotbäckchen juices contain only natural sugars. You can always find this information in the ingredients list on the product packaging.
