Why Rotbäckchen Learning?

Why Rotbäckchen Learning?

For our brain to function optimally, it needs specific substances to support it, or “brain food”.

Here, for example, the important trace element iron helps. It is called a trace element because it only occurs in small amounts in the body. However, the body cannot produce iron and it must thus be supplied regularly through diet. It then contributes to cognitive function, i.e. it supports the perception, thinking and learning processes in the brain.

B vitamins also help the body with essential functions that are needed for brain processes.
Vitamins B1, B2, biotin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy metabolism, while vitamins B6, B12 and niacin help to reduce fatigue and tiredness.

Our Rotbäckchen Learning juice is enriched with all these important nutrients.
