Why Vital Iron Formula?

Rotbäckchen Vital Iron Formula is a food supplement based on natural ingredients. With its valuable formula, it specifically helps to cover the need for the trace element iron and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C.

Iron is one of the most important trace elements in the body. It is called a trace element because it does not occur in quantities but only in small traces in the body. However, the body cannot produce iron itself and must thus be supplied regularly through diet. It then helps in the formation of red blood cells and the so-called haemoglobin. Haemoglobin is the substance that gives blood its red colour or “blood pigment”. The red blood cells and particularly the haemoglobin are responsible for the transport of oxygen in the body, which is essential for the functions of many processes in the body.

Vitamin C supports iron absorption while reducing fatigue and tiredness. Vitamins B6 and B12 help the formation of blood-cells, while vitamin B2 helps maintain them. Vitamin B1 helps to support normal heart function.
